How Accurate is the Deep Learning A.I.

Our AI, trained on thousands of Chicago Masonry blueprints, does a good job identifying walls and openings but is still improving on corners, piers, and intersections.

In beta, it delivers solid results, and we're constantly testing new models, expecting significant improvements as we collect more blueprints and user takeoff data for our proprietary models.

AI-powered and manual tools let estimators quickly correct errors for accurate results.

How Long does it Take to Analyze a Blueprint

Global analysis, including table of contents, page types, and regions for auto-scaling, takes about 3.5 minutes on average. Floorplan analysis averages 2 minutes per floorplan. A major release coming in a few months will make processing much faster, with more user control over what's analyzed, so even a 500-page PDF can be processed quickly.

Is There a Limit on AI Analysis and Storage

A single seat for our Pro Estimator plan costs $150/month until the end of 2025, then $500/month thereafter.
